Alton Browns the only other guy I can think of that actually makes videos,
so yeah I guess you’re right. It’s something that I love to do. Just feels
good to make something from scratch. And yes. Bread flour makes cookies
(chewy ones that is) have a WAY better texture : ) Thanks for the comment.
