Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookies (Cup Measurement) Recipe レンジでチョコチップクッキー

Do you know that you can bake cookies in microwave? Just mix and microwave! Easy enough for kids to bake 😉 I received so many requests for cup measurement… so I decided to make another video to answer that question. But I personally don’t prefer to measure it with cup because the cup measurement differs depending on the country you live. In this video, I will use metric cup (1cup = 250ml). So, if your cup has a different measurement, please measure by milliliters! If you want to know gram or ounce measurement, please watch this video. www.youtube.com PLEASE BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN YOUR COOKIES!!! Cooking time depends on the heat (wattage) of your microwave. ——————————— Microwave Cookies (Metric Cup Measurement) Difficulty: Very Easy Time: 15min Number of servings: 24 cookies Note: 1cup = 250ml or 250cc Ingredients: 1/2cup = 125ml butter (softened) *100g (3.5oz.) 1/4cup = 62.5ml granulated sugar 1 egg 1cup = 250ml cake flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4cup = 62.5ml chocolate chips Directions: 1. Drop 4 cookie dough at a time by tablespoon onto parchment paper on microwavable plate or tray. *You don’t want to burn your plate, so please line with the parchment paper. 4. 1. Arigato-gozaimasu !! as you can see from my name i really love cookies but i dont have an oven 🙁 after i saw this video i can now make cookies without an oven !! thank you so much ochi !! ♥

  2. Note to vegans: If you don’t have eggs, forget it – haven’t found an egg sub that works, yet! Thank goodness I’m not a vegan, rather, I’m just out of eggs and really wanted a cookie without using the oven. Oh well.

  3. If you don’t have wax paper you could butter the microwavable dish first or put cooking spray on it so that the cookies won’t stick, the paper is just so that it won’t be too messy on the plate

  4. I have a microwave that doesn’t have a temperature setting. Only can set Low, Medium. Medium High and High. Any suggestion or advise which one is the closest to 500W? 😀

  5. I am definitely trying this one out. I have eggs, flour, everything. I just need to buy ‘baking powder’ and a microwave. Hey, I’ve got a glass measuring jug just like yours! But the logo isn’t ‘Fire-king’, instead it says ‘Four-king’. It must be the same company 🙂

  6. i make this and bring it to a family gathering, just like 20 cookies. it was all eaten in 5 minutes and everyone was like begging me to make more! XD
