The colourful crumb reminds me a lot of a Jamaican Christmas cake I made some time back. The light colour is most attractive, and the rainbow colours of the candied peel and cherries make it very festive. Kids will surely prefer this to a dark heavy cake. The demo is very clear, paced just right by one of my favourite Youtube presenters.
