  1. My birthday is this month, and I have been looking for how to make rose frosting, I dont want to make my own frosting either. All of the videos I have looked at on how to make them have looked as if there is waaayyy too much icing on the cupcakes, but yours looks perfect! Please do a video maybe this week on how to do them? I appreciate it if so. Thank you!

  2. Temperature can influence things, so if the cream cheese and butter were too warm or if there wasn’t enough sugar added it could be a little to soft, but I’ve never seen it runny. Did you microwave either the cream cheese or butter to soften them? Try putting it in the fridge to firm it up. That may help.

  3. The Cream Cheese Frosting really REALLY didn’t work for me, it’s really runny and I can’t fix it, i’m so upset.
My red velvet cake by you came out great but have nothing to put anything on it :'( help me 🙁

  4. I’ve tried a ton of cream cheese frosting recipes, but all of them didn’t work! but this one is perfect, thank you!

  5. It’s not something that is typically made at home, although there are substitute recipes out there using yogurt and cottage cheese amoung other things. Try my Buttercream Frosting Recipe instead. It’s an excellent alternative!

  6. Hi, may I know what kind of butter do you use? Salted or Unsalted? which one is the best to make the cream cheese like yours? 🙂

  7. Oh, and I was having a bit of trouble on the rose frosting swirl. I watched you do it on the butter cream frosting tutorial, but it did not help is there a way that could be more easy?

  8. 8 tablespoons of heavy cream :). If you need any more measurements they are in the discription box under the video 😀

  9. i think it would be helpful if you gave the measurements to the cake your making. I would totally try it if i had that information 🙂

  11. Okay. Thnks. I baked a cake, brownies, cupcakes and blueberry muffins yesterday and it turned out really good. 🙂

  12. heavy cream makes it taste could and make it a little fluffy. I am not sure if milk would do the same

  13. i notice most cake recipes from scracth dont call for milk or water to be added like msot cake mixe in boxes is this common?

  14. @ewitsdoris: no, you could also substitute the bread crumbs with flour. they both just help the cake from not sticking to the form.

  15. love this video im going to try it i never made a cake from cratch thanks for your help 🙂
