  1. Her flour measuring technique is still prone to error. Get a digital scale and weigh the flour. Then dump the exact amount in a sifter and sift the flour into the bowl. This incredibly simple technique is painless. You can get a scale and a sifter for under $40, and you can even skip the sifter part.

  2. If you’re a likewhore, and if you spell everything like you’re texting, and even worse, having no sign of intelligence anywhere, you’re doing it all wrong.

  3. my point was that some of the factors that influence the formation of friendships are not a matter of conscious choice - so her response of “I never thought about it” IS perfectly reasonable. I know I don’t apply statistical analysis to my relationships – you seem to.

  4. #1 please coherently explain to me why you think you are normal because trust me you are not. #2 99% of her friends that you ever see in her videos are friends she went to high school with and that school was tiny and I guess there just weren’t black kids in her classes or ones close to her age so there you have it. An explanation.I guess you now have to go bother all the Black people in Sarasota to figure out why they think it’s normal that they didn’t go to her school.

  5. But you seem to be agreeing with me.. There ARE a number of factors that influence who her friends are. That’s why I asked why. But she hasn’t thought about those factors that lead to such an unexpected ratio. It’s as if she thinks at 1.1% isn’t a small number.

  6. I read why you typed the first time.

If it’s truly random, her group of friends would more closely resemble the demographic of her surroundings, namely Sarasota and FSU. The odds of choosing 20 random people that each match the 80% chance of being non-Black is 1.1%. I am very sure that Datev has more than 20 friends.

  7. I was just day dreaming about what I would do with all the money I won in the lottery…that’s strange that you brought it up Dat.

  8. I don’t specify a percentage, I say ‘at least one’ – your phrase “with a single one”
and one meets and ‘clicks’ with random people, never minding any ratio of representation within one’s city. maybe she met jerks, maybe they did not introduce themselves, maybe they didn’t sit next to her in class. there are any number of factors that influence the formation of friendships that do not enter the conscious mind.
do you ask this of all vloggers?

  9. All of your inferences are wrong. It’s strange from a statistical standpoint. 20% of her city is Black. 0% of her friends are. She doesn’t need 20% of friends to be Black, but it’s very odd that not a single one is. Not one from high school. Not one from FSU. Not one met through other friends.

Its very hard to believe theres not a reason behind it. Hence my question of why. She hasn’t thought about it, meaning she thinks that ratio isn’t unusual. Im asking why she thinks that

  10. “I asked why she thinks it’s normal, or doesn’t think it’s strange to live in an area with a lot of Black people and not be friends with a single one …”

that passage certainly contains a judgement on your part – on what is ‘normal’ or ‘strange’. your statements imply that everyone in ‘her area’ should have at least one black friend and that Datev not having one is abnormal, strange; that she “needs to set things straight,” as if she’s done a wrong

  11. I haven’t asked why she doesn’t have Black friends since she answered.

I asked why she thinks it’s normal, or doesn’t think it’s strange to live in an area with a lot of Black people and not be friends with a single one of them. And once again, I haven’t brought up racism once in all the times I’ve asked either question. I have no reason to make a value judgement until I have evidence to do so. Hence the question and opportunity for her to set things straight.

  12. I don’t understand why people in the comments are bitching about irrelevent things. For example, “alli is a lazy ass, she’s lying about this and that… Shes a gold digger.”
    Like who gives a SHIT.
And who cares if Justin has a job? I dont. He’s trying to figure his life out. JESUS. Stop ridiculing people living their lives…
