  2. Yes, because the cookie dough has to harden some in order for them to be turned into one inch balls and it helps keep their shape as well.

  3. I was always taught that when making cookies mix the liquids and dry ingredients separately before mixing them together. Makes more sense to me! Also, if you crack your eggs in a little bowl first it’s easier to remove the shell if you mess up!

  7. I just made these using butter since I don’t like margarine. I think anytime it says to use margarine in a recipe, you can use butter instead.
