  1. Where did you buy that cookie dough pack thingy it looks so easy to do and really good(:

  2. Thanks for your question. You should beat the sugar and butter together until well blended. The time will really depend on your electric mixer, but around 2-3 minutes should do it.

  3. Hi. I just want to know how long do you beat the sugar n melted butter using the electric mixer?

  4. Thanks for giving these a try. Try to bake the cookies for a few minutes less the next time you try the recipe. They will look slightly underdone but will set up once they are out of the oven. Good luck!

  5. Thank you for your question. The recipe makes 1 1/2 dozen cookies, so you should get 18 cookies – plenty to enjoy yourself and share!

  6. Good question! The brown sugar really helps these cookies be nice and chewy and soft. If you don’t have brown sugar, you can use white sugar and add a bit of molasses.

  7. I made these, and they ended up hardening shortly after they cooled.. I did manage to eat one before it hardened.. Wow it tasted great.. But now theyre as hard as brick.. It also took a long time to cook.. And my oven is new, a 2012 model so I know it had the correct heat.. But I might give them another try.. Maybe I over mixed the dough when adding the dry ingredients..

  8. Hi jervz27, this recipe is using both brown and white sugars. You could substitute the 1/2 cup of white sugar for a sugar substitute if you prefer.

  9. Thanks for your question. The oven temperature in Celsius would be 165 degrees. You should preheat the oven until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Celsius, a good oven thermometer works best. When baking in gas ovens, heat should rise from the bottom of the oven only. To prevent burning the bottoms, you could use 2 cookie sheets stacked on top of each other. Give this another try and let us know how it turns out!
